Poet’s Walk Complete
This year we closed out one of our amazing communities, Poet’s Walk! This community of single family homes in Ivyland was finally complete when we sold our beautiful and final Whitman Builder’s Model. With this community complete, a new journey begins as we spread the love and build new communities while delivering the quality that makes a house a home!
Renaissance at Morgan Creek Sold Out
Along with Poet’s Walk, we also sold out our wonderful 55+ active adult community, Renaissance at Morgan Creek in Quakertown, PA! The remaining homesites available sold quickly throughout the year, as we now look to wrap up construction in the New Year!

One of the best parts of our job is when a homebuyer finally settles into their new home and absolutely loves it! Throughout the year, we’ve continued to fill many of our communities with new homebuyers and we look forward to growing our communities as the New Year begins! It is our goal to keep building and delivering dream homes to each one of our new homebuyers!
