After months of research to choose a downsized home in preparation for our retirement, we chose Meadow View Farms in Oley for several reasons: Judd Builder's willingness to provide a sufficient level of home customization and quality feature selections to meet our needs; HOA fees that are reasonably aligned with the community's level of services and amenities; and a location that provides a desirable combination of a quiet rural setting that is still close to everything. We are very happy with our decision.
