One of the most exciting steps in purchasing a new home is selecting the products and finishes that make your home uniquely you. The best place to do that is in our brand new Design Studio. The Design Studio is an amazing one stop shopping experience.
You will meet with a personal Design Consultant, and together will walk through the process of creating your dream home. Careful attention will be given to the selection of finishes, materials and colors that allow you to personalize your new home. At Judd Builders we also provide you with the ability to pick your ideal location from our available communities. Choose from properties in the Philadelphia, Bucks County, and Montgomery County areas. Together, we can create a home which reflects your own sense of style and fulfills your family's needs. You will have a series of appointments that are interactive, exciting and fun.
How To Prepare
First, think about how you'll live in each room. Walk mentally through each space and make a list of the details that will affect your lifestyle – including seating, lighting, wiring for surround sound and more. Take a look at our gorgeous home types for inspiration. Next, you can utilize home design websites. Collect photos and anything that will help you and your Design Consultant define your style. Bring in magazine clippings and fabric swatches that demonstrate your desired color palette.

Design Studio Options Calculator
Our Philadelphia and surrounding area new construction homes are fully appointed with beautiful, thoughtfully curated design features for your modern lifestyle. Most of our homebuyers choose to enhance and personalize their homes with added design features and elements. And, good news for you! The cost of your personal design selections can be rolled right up into your mortgage payments. This calculator will help you get a sense of how much you’ll pay each month for the design features you select. Start by entering the options amount you would like to finance and the interest rate. Please contact Judd Builders with any questions you may have, we are more than happy to help!
*Estimated Monthly Cost of Options refers to the additional monthly payment amount attributed to the design options and upgrades you have selected, and includes principal and interest, as well as taxes and insurance (both based on national averages), and is based on a 30 year full amortizing fixed rate loan. The borrower's actual rate and associated payment will vary from borrower to borrower depending on the details of the loan transaction (i.e. borrower's credit score, loan-to-value ratio, property type, occupancy of property, establishment of an escrow account, etc.). Borrower and property underwriting requirements apply to all loan programs.

We were among the first homebuyers to have the opportunity to utilize the brand new Judd Builders Design Studio. As someone who can get overwhelmed with too many options, it was a pleasure to have all of the design options for our home beautifully displayed. Stephanie was patient while we went back and forth multiple times, making sure our decisions were correct. Ultimately, we could not be happier with the finished product. Everything in our dream home turned out even more beautiful than we could have imagined!
Prior to our first Design Studio appointment, we were very excited about being able to add our personal touches to our home. However, we anticipated that we might not have many options from which to choose. We couldn't have been more wrong! Not only were there options to suit every individual/family's taste, but it was also wonderful to be able to see the selections all at once as we put our choices together for a preview of everything in our new home. On top of that, Stephanie was amazing to work with and was always very responsive and helpful. She always followed up and was incredibly thorough. Thank you for having the Design Studio and having Stephanie there to help us out!
We also can’t say enough about Stephanie and her expertise as a designer. She made the daunting task of our home design and selections so pleasant and easy. Each design meeting was so prepared, thorough, and organized. We never worried that something would be missed because she was so on top of it all. Her ideas and guidance were always so helpful and appreciated. We actually looked forward to each design meeting instead of dreading all the decisions.
