At Judd Builders we believe it's our job to make yours easier.

When you register your buyer at one of our communities, we will take it from there, and keep you informed every step of the way. We simply ask that you are present and register your buyer at their initial appointment or visit to our community. We work hard to build and maintain our Realtor relationships.

Broker Participation

  1. Cooperating Broker must be documented on the first customer interaction with a Judd consultant.
  2. Cooperating Broker/Agent must accompany Buyer upon the first visit to the sales center.
  3. Complete a registration form to validate you are the Agent representing the Buyer and provide a copy of your "Buyer Agency Agreement" with the buyer before any tour can occur whether in person or virtually
  4. Acknowledges that the earned commission will be issued at the time of settlement and will be payable to the Cooperating Brokerage Firm. Commission earned cannot be credited towards buyer’s closing costs or reflected in any other way on the closing statement other than the agreed commission amount will be payable to the Cooperating Brokerage Firm only.
  5. If Broker/Agent is the Buyer, the sales commission will be forwarded to Broker’s office at time of settlement.
  6. This registration is effective for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of registration (“Registration Period”). Cooperating Broker may extend the Registration Period for an additional thirty (30) days by accompanying Prospect to the sales office for the community in person (or virtually if Prospect is not local) before the expiration of the initial Registration Period.
  7. If settlement does not occur for any reason, the undersigned agrees that no commission will be paid as agreement will become null and void.
