Celebrate the 4th of July with an amazing fireworks show on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Wawa Welcome America promises it will be the biggest show in more than a decade so you don’t want to miss out on this stunning event! The fireworks also follow the amazing concert that features Pitbull and is free to the public. You won’t want to miss this day of fun!

Get ready and don’t miss Eastern State Penitentiary’s Bastille Day! Consisting of re-enactors recreating the storming of the Bastille, Philly’s version consists of cabaret performances, dancing baguettes, and Marie Antoinette tossing 3,000 Tastykakes into the crowd! July 20th – August 19th
Through July and August, The Oval pop up park will return to Benjamin Franklin Parkway for it’s fifth season. Not only will there be a new art installation, but you can also enjoy mini-golf, a giant sandbox, and themed programming that everyone in the family will enjoy!
Shakespeare in Clark Park

If you love classic literature, especially Shakespearean literature, get ready for Shakespeare in Clark Park.
