Easton: On Monday, May 29 at 10:30 a.m., the annual parade will take place starting at Sixth and Walnut streets, ending at Scott Park for closing ceremonies. Honors will take place beforehand at 9 a.m. at the Brown and Lynch American Legion Post #9 by firing detail and bugler. Starts at the GAR plot in Easton cemetery.
Easton Farmers’ Market: Pick up some fresh produce at this Centre Square farmer’s market. It’s open every Saturday from May to November. Local vendors display their wares and live music plays near the fountain.
Lehigh Valley: The exhibit “History of the Lehigh Valley” is on display at the Lehigh Valley Heritage Museum located at 432 W Walnut Street in Allentown. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Walking Tour of the Vineyard and Wine Cellar: Check out Galen Glen Winery at 255 Winter Mountain Drive in Andreas for a tour and tasting. A fun way to spend a weekend day in Lehigh Valley! Go either May 27, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. or May 28, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

- Great PA FlavorFest 11 a.m. in Manheim (Sat and Sun)
- Adamstown Community Days 2 p.m. in Adamstown (Sat and Sun)
- Berks Pepper Jam 12 p.m. Sinking Spring
- Demolition Derby 7 p.m. in Hamburg (Sun)
Allentown: Take in a Minor League Baseball game at Coco-Cola Stadium in Allentown. All three days of the weekend, the Louisville Bats take on the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs.
America On Wheels: Located at 5 North Front Street in Allentown, this museum is a car lover’s paradise. Although closed on Memorial Day, it’s open Saturday and Sunday, with exhibits like Pony Cars: Then and Now.
