Another precaution is to insulate exposed pipe around the house. Go to your closest hardware store and buy rubber foam or fiberglass sleeves to insulate exposed pipes. Lastly, if there is a serious cold snap let your faucets drip. This can provide relief to your pipes.<\/p>\n
